RePipe Pop-Up Plumber Campaign: Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter is RePipe Pty Ltd (ABN 59 090 975 634) of 34 Portmarnock Drive, The Vines WA 6069.
2. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the Campaign is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
3. The Campaign is a game of skill.  Chance plays no part in determining the Winners.
4. Entry is open to Western Australian residents only.
5. The Campaign is held once per calendar month. Winners will be selected at 5pm on the 29^th of the previous calendar month.
6. RePipe Pty Ltd will allocate up to 8 hours of a FREE Pop-Up Plumber across the most deserving cases each month such that there may be multiple Winners each month.
7. The maximum prize is 8 hours of Plumbing Labour and Equipment.  Materials will be invoiced at cost.
8. Winners will be announced on the website and/or Facebook page of RePipe Pty Ltd.  Winners will also be contacted by RePipe Pty Ltd to schedule the FREE Pop-Up Plumber services.
9. Any and all FREE Pop-Up Plumber services awarded to Winners must be completed within the 30 days following contact from RePipe Pty Ltd.  Any services not completed within the following 30 days will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing by RePipe Pty Ltd.
10. RePipe Pty Ltd will use all reasonable endeavours to schedule the FREE Pop-Up Plumber services on a day and at a time that suits the Winner, subject to normal business days and standard working hours.
11. To enter the Campaign, entrants must visit http://www.repipeplumbers.com.au/contact-us/ and submit an email describing in 50 words or less why they or a friend deserve a FREE Pop-Up Plumber.
12. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify RePipe Pty Ltd.
13. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to RePipe Pty Ltd.
14. Each entrant in the Campaign may enter multiple times each month and may enter multiple months.
15. Each entry becomes the property of RePipe Pty Ltd.  Information included in each entry may be used by RePipe Pty Ltd to contact the entrant and/or the Winner.  No further use of entry information will be made without prior consent.
16. Each entry will be judged by the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of RePipe Pty Ltd and their decision will be final.  RePipe Pty Ltd will not enter into correspondence regarding the Campaign result or winning entries
17. In the event RePipe Pty Ltd, in its sole discretion, determines an application is false or misleading in any way, the Winner will forfeit the FREE Pop-Up Plumber services and no substitute will be offered.
18. RePipe Pty Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entry that includes objectionable content, profanity or potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements.
19. RePipe Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries including delays due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
20. The cost of entering the Campaign will be dependent on the entrant’s individual Internet Service Provider.
21. In consideration of RePipe Pty Ltd awarding the prize to the Winner, the Winner agrees to their words and images (as recorded, photographed or filmed during the Winner’s participation in the prize) to appear in connection with RePipe Pty Ltd in any media in any location and the Winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
22. In the case of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the ability of RePipe Pty Ltd to proceed with the Campaign on the dates and in the manner described in these Terms & Conditions, RePipe Pty Ltd may, in its sole discretion, cancel the Campaign and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to any requirements under Western Australian law.
23. Except as required by Western Australian law, RePipe Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred or for any personal injury suffered in connection with entry to the Campaign or acceptance of any prize.
